You may not use the app to transmit or post any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any person.

Proprietary Rights: The content on the Doxa Date app, including but not limited to text, software, images, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features, and the like (“Content”), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any Content for any commercial purpose. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content without the express written permission of Doxa Date Application Ltd.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Doxa Date app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Doxa Date makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the app or the information, content, materials, or products included in the app. Doxa Date will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Doxa Date and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Doxa Date app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

7. Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Doxa Date app will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which you reside.

8. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Doxa Date app will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the country in which you reside.
